Information on this Site about our Services and platforms is for general informational purposes only and is not a binding offer. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, licensing and timelines for any project or platform deployment are governed exclusively by the signed proposal, licence or contract between Next Orbit and the client, which takes precedence over this Site’s content.
3. Platforms, trials and subscriptions
e-trainia, e-tijariX, MeezanX and AuthentiQ are offered as hosted subscriptions or as dedicated deployments. Free trial workspaces and demonstration environments are provided for evaluation only, may be limited in features, users or duration, and may be reset or removed at the end of the trial. Service levels, data hosting location, support hours and fees for a live subscription are set out in the order form or licence agreement for that platform.
Customer data entered into a platform remains the customer’s data. On termination, data export arrangements follow the applicable agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this Site, and the names and marks Next Orbit and e-trainia, are the property of Next Orbit Technologies L.L.C. e-tijariX, MeezanX and AuthentiQ are offered, implemented and supported by Next Orbit, and their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Client code ownership and intellectual property arrangements for project work are defined in the applicable contract.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Next Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to use of this Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
