Digital transformation solutions in Dubai and the UAE
AI, IoT, custom software and ERP, designed around how your business runs and delivered by the team that built e-trainia, e-tijariX, MeezanX and AuthentiQ.
Next Orbit delivers digital transformation solutions in four areas: artificial intelligence and automation,
the Internet of Things, custom software and SaaS platforms, and enterprise ERP systems. Each solution starts
with a solution architecture for your operation, is built in iterative sprints with quality control before
every release, and is supported after launch.
Because we own e-trainia and deliver e-tijariX, MeezanX and AuthentiQ, many solutions start from proven modules rather than a blank
page, for organisations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, the entire UAE, the GCC and globally.

Pillar 01 / 04
Artificial intelligence and automation
AI that does work inside the systems you already use: agents that prepare quotes, chase suppliers and triage tickets, assistants that answer from your own documents in English and Arabic, and models that read photos, forms and sensor data.
AI agents and LLM assistants grounded in your data
Predictive models for demand, cash flow and maintenance
Computer vision for progress, quality and safety checks
Voice-to-text and document capture in English and Arabic
Fraud and anomaly detection on transactions and claims
In practiceMeezanX uses AI image checks to compare site photos with the plan before a progress claim reaches approval.
Connected devices that turn physical assets into live data: sensors, gateways and firmware we design with you, cloud dashboards your operators actually use, and alerts that reach the right person before a failure costs money.
Sensor networks over LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, Wi-Fi and BLE
Firmware development and over-the-air updates
Edge computing for low-latency control
SCADA, BMS and ERP integration
Wearable and companion mobile apps
In practiceTypical deployments: precision irrigation and soil monitoring for farms, asset health on production lines, and energy and air-quality control in commercial buildings.
When an off-the-shelf product forces your team to work around it, we build the system around your process instead: web and mobile applications, portals, SaaS products and integrations, designed for scale from the first sprint.
Enterprise web applications and portals
iOS, Android and cross-platform mobile apps
Multi-tenant SaaS products with billing and white-labelling
API gateways, microservices and legacy modernisation
Cloud architecture on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud UAE regions
In practicee-trainia, our own platform, is designed, engineered and operated by Next Orbit, and we implement and support e-tijariX, MeezanX and AuthentiQ for clients.
One system for finance, inventory, procurement, sales, HR and projects, with VAT reporting and an invoice data model ready for the UAE e-invoicing programme. Built as modules, so you start where the pain is and extend from there.
Finance and accounting with UAE VAT reports
Inventory, warehouses and procurement
Sales, quotations, invoices and delivery orders
HR, payroll and resource planning
Power BI, SharePoint and third-party integrations
In practicee-tijariX already combines commerce, multi-warehouse stock, procurement and accounting in one platform, so many ERP projects start from it rather than from a blank page.
Patterns we see across UAE businesses every year. Pick one to see the problem, what we built and what changed. Drag the handle to compare before and after.
Case 01 · Training centrePlatform · e-trainia
Attendance on paper and certificates in Word files
✕The problem
Sign-in sheets typed up after every class
Certificates edited one by one and emailed as attachments
No way for an employer to check a certificate is real
✓What we built
QR check-in at the door, recorded against each learner
Certificates issued automatically when a course is completed
Every certificate verifiable online with its own QR code
⟷
Case 02 · Trading & distributionPlatform · e-tijariX
The web store sells stock that already left the warehouse
✕The problem
Showroom, warehouse and web store each keep their own stock count
Dealer prices kept in a spreadsheet and quoted by hand
Invoices re-typed into the accounting package
✓What we built
One product master and one stock figure across every channel
Dealer pricing and quotations built into the store
Every sale posts to the ledger with UAE VAT
⟷
Case 03 · EPC contractorPlatform · MeezanX
Progress claims on spreadsheets, evidence in chat groups
✕The problem
Vendors send progress in different spreadsheet formats
Site photos scattered across messaging apps
S-curves rebuilt by hand before every report
✓What we built
Vendors submit progress and photos in one portal
AI checks photo evidence before a claim reaches approval
S-curves and KPIs recalculate on every approval
⟷
Case 04 · Facilities & buildingsIoT
Equipment fails before anyone notices
✕The problem
Pumps and chillers checked on a fixed walk-round
Failures found when a tenant complains
Energy use visible only on the monthly bill
✓What we built
Sensors on critical equipment feeding a live dashboard
Alerts reach the right engineer when a reading drifts
Predictive models flag assets at risk before they fail
⟷
Case 05 · Service businessAI & automation
The team copies requests from email into three systems
✕The problem
Customer requests arrive as free-text emails
Staff re-key details into the CRM, ERP and job sheet
Quotes wait in someone’s inbox for days
✓What we built
An AI agent reads each request and extracts the fields
It drafts the quote in the ERP and creates the job
A person approves anything above an agreed limit
⟷
Case 06 · Finance teamERP
VAT returns assembled by hand from separate tools
✕The problem
Sales, purchases and payroll live in separate tools
Month-end means exporting and reconciling spreadsheets
VAT figures checked line by line before every return
✓What we built
Sales, procurement, stock and payroll post to one ledger
VAT reports produced from the same transactions
An invoice data model ready for UAE e-invoicing

AI innovations
An intelligent automation suite for UAE businesses
Six AI building blocks we combine into solutions, each with human review where decisions matter.
AIPredictive modelling
Predictive modelling
Forecast demand, cash flow, churn and equipment failure from your own history.
For exampleA distributor sees which items will run short next month and raises purchase orders early.
NLP automation
Read emails, contracts and forms, extract the fields and route the work.
For exampleSupplier invoices arrive by email and are captured, matched to the PO and queued for approval.
Computer vision
Detect defects, count items and check site progress from photos and video.
For exampleSite photos are compared with the plan before a progress claim reaches the approver.
Customer insights
Segment customers and personalise offers from purchase and behaviour data.
For exampleAn online store groups buyers by what they purchase and tailors offers to each group.
Fraud detection
Flag unusual transactions and claims in real time for human review.
For exampleExpense claims that break the usual pattern are held for a second check before payment.
Autonomous agents
Multi-step tasks completed across your systems, with approvals and audit logs.
For exampleAn agent chases late supplier deliveries, updates the ERP and reports what it did.

Platform or custom?
Should you start from a platform or build custom software?
Switch on the statements that are true for you and see which way the scale tips. Many projects land in the middle: a proven platform, extended with custom modules.

Our recommendationStart with a Next Orbit platformYour process matches what e-trainia, e-tijariX, MeezanX or AuthentiQ already do well. Configure it to your workflow and go live on proven modules.
Our recommendationA platform, extended with custom modulesStart from a proven platform for the standard parts and build custom modules and integrations for what makes your operation different.
Our recommendationA custom build, architected around youYour process is your edge or no product fits. We design the system around it, from solution architecture to long-term support.
It is a change in how a business operates, enabled by software: replacing spreadsheets and manual hand-offs with connected systems, automating repeat work with AI, and putting live data from devices and transactions in front of the people who decide. Next Orbit delivers it through AI, IoT, custom software and ERP, plus four ready platforms.
02Should we buy a platform or build custom software?
Start with the platform when your process matches what it already does well, such as training management, B2B commerce, EPC progress control or collectibles grading. Build custom when the process is your competitive edge or no product fits. Often the answer is a Next Orbit platform extended with custom modules and integrations.
03Do you deliver solutions outside Dubai?
Yes. We work with organisations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, the entire UAE, the GCC and globally, with on-site workshops in the UAE and remote delivery elsewhere.
04How do you price a solution?
Pricing follows scope. After a Discovery Call we write a short solution architecture and a tailored proposal. Platforms are offered as a subscription or a dedicated deployment; custom work is quoted by milestone or as a dedicated team.
05Can you integrate with the systems we already have?
Yes. Integration is part of most projects: ERP and accounting systems, CRMs, payment gateways, identity providers, Power BI, SharePoint, SCADA and courier APIs. We document every interface so your team can maintain it.
06Where is the data hosted?
In UAE cloud regions by default, in your own cloud tenancy if you prefer, or on-premise where policy requires. Access is role-based, sessions are secured and changes are written to audit logs.
